Children, youth, adults and seniors met on Thursday October 21, 2010 at the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) to dance together a coreography by the dance company Lux Boreal in an event called Pa'Bailar Tijuana, a proposal adopted by Tijuana Innovadora.

The general coordinator of the First Encounter Tijuana Innovadora 2010, José Galicot Behar said: "whit these actions we want to send a message to the world that a city that dances, is a positive city and full of energy to achieve all the projects proposed by its citizens".

The esplanade of CECUT looked impressive with thousands of people that formed a mosaic of colors dancing to the beat of Pa'Bailar, a tune from a pride of Tijuana, Julieta Venegas. About 16 thousand people gathered at five different points in Tijuana, as well as in the United States.

It was certainly a very emotional event and worthy for closing such an important and significant event to our city. Because everyone danced for Tijuana, the city has a new face for the world.
