LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEURS

October 18, 2012

Tijuana has established itself as international leader in a number of different fields. We could simply say that we are the leaders in assorted areas of industry, but it extends much further, to concepts that are social and human in nature. This leadership owes itself to an undeniable combination of aptitudes and attitudes; the daring to innovate, to make original contributions and to follow through with them to their ultimate outcome.

This section of Tijuana Innovadora 2012 will invite experts in motivation and leadership to share their experiences and to present specific cases of both personal and corporate success that will serve as examples for the developing, younger generations. This will be dialogue between local and foreign leaders in this field that will undoubtedly provide memorable life-enriching lessons for all those present.

To communicate the driving force of Tijuana’s entrepreneurial culture and to promote the development of a proactive business mindset among new generations are just two of the reasons for which space is being dedicated to this topic within Tijuana Innovadora 2012. The dissemination of success stories within different business segments will always serve as inspirational factor that motivates others to undertake productive projects.

Hearing the experiences of others who have launched original ideas and how these businesses impact the region’s economic development will be the best incentive for young people to have a role model to follow and to decide to develop their own market niches. To complete the cycle, potential investors will be invited to participate in the funding of proposals that are attractive and viable to sponsor.
