AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

October 15, 2012

The proximity of the City of Tijuana to the U.S. market, in addition to competitive conditions and a highly skilled workforce, places our border in a privileged and extremely attractive position for capital investment in this sector.

Currently, approximately thirteen thousand employees depend on the Automotive Industry, locally, and this looks to expand steadily over the coming decade. The outlook is indeed promising, as more than fifty companies are currently manufacturing diverse components for the automotive industry, and these constitute a solid base that ensures favorable conditions for investors staking a claim in the growth of this sector.
