CULINARY ARTS

October 14, 2012

From the legendary Caesar Salad, which was invented in Tijuana, to its internationally-renowned Baja Med Cuisine, our city today boasts a prestigious reputation within the world of gastronomy, earned through the uniqueness of its culinary contributions and the prominence of its chefs.

The blessings provided by nature in this region, particularly in terms of soil and climate, are crucial, as they allow each dish to be prepared with fresh, regional products that are the mainstay of our chefs. Top-level cooking schools, such as the Culinary Art School, take great pride in the development of new talents who become an integral part of the local restaurant tradition and make Tijuana a culinary destination ready to please the most demanding of palates.
