New communication technologies offer great benefits to our society but they also pose new risks. Too often we are amazed by the technology without taking the time to evaluate the consequences of its massive use.

The conference presents extraordinary communication leaders who will explore those benefits and dangers. They range from the CEO of the largest media network in Latin America to a veteran television correspondent to the leader of a U.S. project that teaches students how to identify sound news information on the Internet.
